Registration Fees
Early Registration Fees:
General Fee: $250
CPEG Active Member: $100
CPEG Founding Member: $0
CPEG Associate Member: $0
Applications postmarked on or before February 28 qualify for early discount. Only CPEG Members in good standing qualify for member rates. Have you renewed for 2007? Trainees: have you applied for Associate Membership?
Late Registration Fees
Add $100 to early registration fees. Applications received after April 15 may not be processed. Only CPEG Members in good standing qualify for member rates. Have you renewed for 2007? Trainees: have you applied for Associate Membership?
On-Site Registration Fees
Add $150 to early registration fees. Cheque or money order only – no cash or credit cards accepted on-site.
Registration includes admission to the scientific program and exhibits; the Welcome Reception; three meals and two nutrition breaks on April 20, cocktails at Banting House on April 20; and breakfast, lunch and two nutrition breaks on April 21.

Associate Members in good standing qualify for free double-occupancy hotel accommodation: complete the “request for accommodation” form that was emailed with the meeting registration form.
